Mr Kevin Yeung Yun-hung, GBS, JP Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Mr Kevin Yeung, GBS, JP assumed the post of Secretary of Culture, Sports and Tourism on 1 July 2022. Mr Yeung had worked in the private sector for seven years before joining the Government as an Administrative Officer in 1992. He was promoted to Administrative Officer Staff Grade C in 2004 and has worked in a number of bureaux and departments. He became a Politically Appointed Official when he assumed the post of Under Secretary for Education in November 2012 and had been Secretary for Education from July 2017 to June 2022. |

Mr Tang King-shing, GBS, PDSM Chairman, Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited Mr Tang King-shing, GBS, PDSM is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited, and is an invaluable link between the Government and the Institute in relation to the training and development of elite athletes. Mr TANG joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1976 and served as the Commissioner of Police from 2007 to 2011. He is currently Director (Strategic Planning) of the Kai Tak Sports Park Limited and serves as a member of the Football Task Force |
Mr Vincent Liu Ming-kwong, JP Director of Leisure and Cultural Services Mr Vincent Liu, JP assumed the post of Director of Leisure and Cultural Services on 4 October, 2019. Mr Liu joined the Administration Service in July 1987 and has served in various bureaux and departments. He was the Government Property Administrator before taking up the post of Director of Leisure and Cultural Services. |
Dr Patrick Chan Ping-cheung Dr Patrick Chan is the Principal of the Academy of The Baptist Convention of Hong Kong and the former Associate Director of the Student Development Services (Physical Education) in the City University of Hong Kong. He previously served as a Member of the Elite Sports Committee from 2012 to 2018. He was also a council member of The University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China from 1997 to 2013 and from 2017 to 2021. |
Miss Lee Ka-man Miss Lee Ka-man is an experienced rowing athlete who has represented Hong Kong in major international competitions including the Olympic Games and the Asian Games. She won three silver medals and a bronze medal across the 2006 to 2018 Asian Games. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association and the Athletes Committee of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China. |
Mr Wong Kam-po, SBS, MH Mr Wong Kam-po, SBS, MH is a retired cycling athlete. He was also the first Chinese world champion cyclist. He was a Member of the Elite Sports Committee from 2015 to 2020 and is currently the Deputy Manager (Programme Development) of the Sports Legacy Scheme under the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China. |

He previously served as a Member of the Elite Sports Committee from 2015 to 2020 and has been a Member of the Football Task Force since 2015. |

He was the Vice-Chairperson of the Hong Kong School Sports Federation (HKSSF) and the Vice-Chairman of the Tai Po and North District Secondary School Area Committee of the HKSSF in 2020-22. |
Miss Sze Hang-yu Miss Sze Hang-yu is an experienced swimming athlete. She won a total of nine medals across four editions of the Asian Games from 2006 to 2018 and represented Hong Kong, China in the 2004, 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. She is currently the Vice-Chairperson of the Athletes Committee under the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China. |
Mr Zheng Kang-zhao, BBS Mr Zheng kang-zhao, BBS was a fencer at the National Team who had competed in the individual and team sabre events at the Seoul 1988 and the Barcelona 1992 Olympics Games. He was one of the gold medallists in the Men’s Sabre Team event at the 1986 and 1990 Asian Games. He has been the Head Fencing Coach at the Hong Kong Sports Institute since 2011. He was previously the Head Coach of Hong Kong Wheelchair Fencing Team from 1998 to 2011. |
Ms Hayley Victoria Chan Hei-man, MH Ms Hayley Chan, MH is an experienced windsurfing athlete who has achieved outstanding results in international competitions, winning a gold medal in the 2014 Asian Games, two silver medals in the 2010 and 2018 Asian Games respectively, and represented Hong Kong, China in the 2012 and 2020 Olympic Games. |
